Cake Decorating Class with Cake Decor “ A happy little habit”
All Classes aimed at all levels and conducted by your Qualified Trainer,specialising Patisserie Chef. Whether you are a beginner or even if you’ve mastered the basics of cake decorating, you can still benefit from cake decorating classes.
Through classes, you will pick up special tips and learn new techniques you haven’t tried. You can also venture into areas of specialty or just simply enjoy Therapy you can eat.

Cake Decorating & Sugar Craft Classes
Held over 4 mornings:
- Where do I begin, Exciting for all levels from Beginner to Experienced, and all in between too, Art filled and full of fun.
- Making Petal paste/pastilage (form the basis of all Sugar craft flowers (those flowers that look like the real one,you can eat too)
- Making Petal Paste Roses, leaves, and various blossoms, lilies etc and learn to make pastilage Bouquets for cake topper
- Learn various piping methods, embroider, with various nozzles taught and practised including making the perfect Royal Icing
- Working with various Meduims from Marzipan – Fondant (plastic icing)
- What you need to know about working with Plastic icing, colouring, marbling, covering cake board and ofcourse how to cover your Cake
- Create your own creation as your project as you put it all together in YOUR own creative way in the 4th Week .Project week where you add the extra dimension in what you want to learn , any cake you wish to explore and make including Whimsical Cakes even Bows
