NURUL QURAN HAAFITH SCHOOL FOR GIRLS Est. 2007

Nurul Quraan haafith school was established under the auspices of Haafith Sheigh Nabiel Majiet. The school is now offering for the first time a full time hifth and Islamic studies program for girls. And a special programme for toddler boys and girls. The primary aim of the institution is to create an overall balanced student well versed in quranic reading with full competence in Islamic studies, all ready to face challenges of this new era. The school is situated in a safe and secure environment away from all hustle and bustle, in Highlands Estate, Philippi, Schaapkraal.

Classes offered for 2013

1. Arabic I – This is a beginners Arabic Class with the purpose of
gaining the ability to understand the text of the Quraan. Subjects
include: Fiqh, Quraan Reading, Arabic Grammar. Must be able to read
Arabic/Quraan Reading

Tuesdays   9h00-12h00

2. Arabic II –  An advanced Arabic class for anyone interested to
translate the text of the Quraan, including translation of Ahaadeeth.
Subjects include: Quraan Translation, Riyaadhus-Saaliheen, Arabic
Grammar

Tuesdays   9h00 – 12h00

3. Quran Word-by-Word in English and simple Tafseer of the Quraan. No
Arabic background required for this class.

Wednesday   10h00 – 12h00

4. Spiritual Motivator – Quraan reading, Fiqh, Seerah, understanding of Islaam.

Wednesday 10:00 – 12:00

5. Practical Islam Class – learn the basics of Fiqh and
Aqeedah(Beliefs of a Muslim), including Surah/Quraan reading from
Beginning.

Saturday 9:30-11:30

6. Full-time Hifthul Quraan Program for females
